Adult Fitness

Program Description

Our adult fitness class will give you the opportunity to achieve your fitness goals under the guidance of our strength and conditioning specialist, Tyler Dundore. These classes will focus on increasing flexibility, range of motion, strength, and endurance. In addition, participants will also receive nutrition guidance and gain confidence through improved fitness.
