Proof, Not Promises

100+ Athletes to college since 2023
+4 MPH Average exit velocity gain
+2 MPH Average throwing velocity gain
Every Weight room category improved
Sound familiar?

A Lot of Effort. No System.

Once-a-week lessons. A gym membership and random workouts. Emails to college coaches with nothing behind them. It's not a lack of effort. None of it connects, and none of it is measured, so spring comes and you're the same player you were last year.

What Is EADS?Hear It From Miko.

Elite owner Miko Rodriguez breaks down exactly how the program works, step by step: the assessment, the training blocks, the 8-week retests, recruiting support, and the Growth Guarantee.

In this video

• Why lessons + a gym + cold emails don't add up to a system
• The Performance Assessment (HitTrax, TrackMan, video, weight room)
• What a 2-hour training block looks like
• How our staff advocates for you with college coaches
• Real athlete results and the EADS Growth Guarantee

Recruiting

What Most Programs Don't Offer

Monthly consultations with Director of Recruiting Cade Kontny, formerly Director of Recruiting for Cornerstone University baseball. Which camps and showcases to target, what to post, and email templates for coaches. When you're a fit, our staff reaches out to college coaches on your behalf. 100+ athletes placed means a lot of college coaches who trust our word.
