EADS Performance Assessment | Elite Baseball & Softball, Grand Rapids MI
See Exactly Where Your Athlete Stands
Seven quick questions. By the end you will know exactly what the assessment covers, what you walk away with, and what it costs, before you commit to anything.
Everything Connected. Everything Measured.Backed by an 8-Week Guarantee
Most families already pay for lessons, camps, showcases, and a strength program. None of them talk to each other, and nothing gets measured. EADS puts skills, strength, defense, nutrition, recruiting, and mental performance under one roof, then retests every 8 weeks. Watch the video below for full clarity on how the program could support your athlete's development.
All-in-one system
High Level Training program designed for long term growth
EADS is not a drop-in lessons program. It is a complete development system built around consistency, measurable progress, and long-term growth. Athletes are onboarded onto a monthly reoccurring membership that provides higher training frequency and longer session durations.
Structured training sessions focusing on either hitting or pitching.
A detailed S&C program written by certified professionals with an emphasis on baseball/softball performance. Includes nutrition planning and resources.
Access to weekly fielding clinics reserved for EADS members only.
HS athletes have access to monthly 1 on 1 consultations with our Director of Recruiting. HS athletes are also highlighted on our website and communication with college coaches. MS and Youth athletes may attend a once monthly large group recruiting clinic.
EADS members get free access to our 2x per month mental skills virtual clinics hosted by our partners at ACG Mental Performance.

Start With the Performance Assessment
You leave with a written report on your athlete’s strengths, gaps, and what to train next, whether you join EADS or not. If you do join and your metrics or mechanics have not improved in the first 8 weeks, we train your athlete free until they do.
