Every Elite athlete trains inside the same development framework — position-specific skill work, baseball/softball strength & conditioning, and performance tracking on HitTrax and TrackMan. Four programs, one system, one facility.

Each program targets a different stage of the year and a different commitment level. Pick the one that matches your athlete — switch or layer as you go.
8-week structured block, June 8 – July 29. Position-specific skill work plus S&C, weekly fielding clinics, recruiting support, and 4-week evaluation reports. Best for HS and college athletes preparing for the next level.
Year-round development for athletes who don't stop working. Same daily structure as summer — 2-hour blocks of skills plus S&C. 6-month and 12-month PIF options save up to $1,500.
Intentional small group training in hitting, pitching, or fielding — plus 1-on-1 athlete assessments using HitTrax and TrackMan. Best for first-timers, multi-sport athletes, or anyone testing the water before joining a program.
Self-directed cage access for athletes and families who want consistent reps on their own schedule. Members-only — no drop-in foot traffic. Reserve up to five days in advance.
Across every program, athletes train inside the same system — position-specific skill work, baseball and softball strength and conditioning, performance tracking, and coaching from full-time invested staff.
Coaches who specialize in hitting (led by a former pro in the Cardinals organization) and pitching (with high-level playing experience and a proven development track record).
Strength and conditioning programmed for rotational power, throwing health, and in-season durability — not generic fitness.
Two indoor turf fields and weekly position-specific fielding clinics built into every development cohort.
Performance data captured every session on the same equipment used by D1 and pro programs. Real metrics, not estimates.
Every athlete starts with a 1-on-1 assessment and receives written progress reports throughout their program.
1-on-1 college recruiting consultations, profile and exposure guidance, ongoing evaluation, and recruiting education for athletes and families.
