Elite Athlete Development System (EADS)

Built for Serious Athletes Ready to Take the Next Step

The Elite Athlete Development System (EADS) is a comprehensive training program designed for high level baseball and softball athletes who want more than occasional lessons or generic workouts. EADS is built for athletes who are committed to improving, willing to be coached, and ready to train with purpose. Whether the goal is earning a college scholarship, making a varsity roster, preparing for showcases, or chasing your potential on the diamond, this program provides the structure and accountability needed to make meaningful progress.

All-in-one system

High Level Training program designed for long term growth

EADS is not a drop-in lessons program. It is a complete development system built around consistency, measurable progress, and long-term growth. Athletes are onboarded onto a monthly reoccurring membership that provides higher training frequency and longer session durations.

Structured training sessions focusing on either hitting or pitching.

Strength and Conditioning

A detailed S&C program written by certified professionals with an emphasis on baseball/softball performance. Includes nutrition planning and resources.

Recruiting Guidance

HS athletes have access to monthly 1 on 1 consultations with our Director of Recruiting. HS athletes are also highlighted on our website and communication with college coaches. MS and Youth athletes may attend a once monthly large group recruiting clinic.

Mental Skills Performance

EADS members get free access to our 2x per month mental skills virtual clinics hosted by our partners at ACG Mental Performance.
