Tryouts are the first step in joining the Elite Family. Watch the video below to learn more about our travel ball program and determine if Elite is the right fit for your athlete.
At Elite, we're building more than baseball and softball teams—we're building athletes. Our players train in one of the Midwest's premier development environments with year-round access to our 49,000-square-foot indoor facility, professional instructors, baseball and softball-specific strength training, recruiting guidance, and a development-first philosophy that prepares athletes for success long after the season ends. Whether your goal is to make your local high school roster, earn a college opportunity, or simply become the best player you can be, Elite provides the structure, coaching, and resources to help you get there.

Our Select Teams are reserved for the highest-performing high school athletes in the Elite organization—players who have demonstrated the talent, work ethic, and commitment to compete at the highest level. Each age group features one Select roster, bringing together the best players from across our organization to create an environment where elite athletes push one another every day.

Most travel programs are tournament schedulers. Elite teams are development programs that also play tournaments — with practice plans, video library, in-facility S&C, and full-time coaches who know each athlete.
