Families on the payment plan are committed to all three payments. If a payment fails, we'll let you know the same day. If it isn't resolved within 5 days, app access pauses until it's paid.
• Follow the training plan 5–6 days a week • Upload training video each week by Thursday at 11:59 pm • Turn in the weekly check-in • Attend the monthly in-person session • Show up to group calls when possible • Be honest with us about what's working, what isn't and how you're feeling

If your athlete completes the program and doesn't improve their tested numbers and their mechanics on side-by-side video by Feb 26, we'll give them one additional 8-week training period for free. To qualify, the athlete must: • Turn in every weekly check-in • Log at least 80% of workouts with video • Attend each monthly in-person retest "Tested numbers" are the metrics we set together at onboarding for your athlete's position. Your director will let you know early if your athlete is falling behind on any of these.
• Cancel before Nov 30: full refund. • Cancel during weeks 1–2 (Nov 30 – Dec 13): 50% refund of the amount paid. • After week 2: no refunds. • Medical situations with a doctor's note are reviewed case by case by Miko Rodriguez.
• If your athlete gets hurt, we'll adjust the plan around the injury so they can keep training what's safe. • With a doctor's note, we can pause the program and add the missed weeks to the end (up to 4 weeks). • If something hurts, the athlete should stop and tell their director right away. We'll contact a parent the same day.
• To reschedule, give at least 24 hours' notice. The new date has to be in the same month. • A missed session without notice can't be made up.
The plan is lighter from Dec 21 – Jan 3. If a feedback deadline falls on Dec 24, Dec 25, Dec 31 or Jan 1, it moves to the next working day.
• Athletes talk with us through our training app and community. Parents hear from us by email. • Our staff won't use personal phone numbers or personal social media accounts with athletes. • We respond between 8 am and 9 pm. • Questions about billing, refunds or this agreement go to Miko Rodriguez at miko.r@elitebaseballandsoftball.com.
We expect athletes and families to treat our staff and other athletes with respect, in person and in the community. Elite may remove an athlete from the program for disrespectful behavior or misuse of the community. No refund is given in that case.
We'd love to share your athlete's progress (video, results and story) on our website, social media and marketing. Please tell us your choice at enrollment: • Yes, Elite can use my athlete's video, results and story • No, please keep my athlete's information private Either way, the coaching doesn't change.
• The athlete is cleared by a doctor for physical activity. • Training at home happens in a safe space with the equipment we review at onboarding. • Elite's standard waiver also applies and must be signed before the first session.
