The following policies are non-negotiable organizational standards and apply to every Elite team. These standards exist to protect the Elite brand, create consistency across the organization, and ensure every family receives the same experience. There will be no exceptions.
The Elite name, logo, and brand identity are the exclusive property of the organization. No coach, parent, player, or team is authorized to reproduce, alter, purchase, distribute, or display the Elite logo or branding outside of Elite-approved vendors. This includes, but is not limited to: team apparel, practice shirts, hoodies, hats, uniforms, bags, t-shirts, and any other item displaying the Elite name or logo.
Creating your own apparel or merchandise at home is not an exception. Items made using a Cricut, heat press, embroidery machine, vinyl cutter, DTF printer, screen-printing equipment, or any other production method are considered unauthorized reproductions of the Elite brand and are strictly prohibited.
If your team would like additional apparel or custom items, contact Elite first. We will gladly help design and produce them through approved channels.
Every player is required to purchase the complete Elite Team Package. No substitutions, credits, discounts, or exemptions will be granted for items a family already owns or has purchased elsewhere. Families who choose to purchase items outside of the official Elite package will still be required to purchase the complete Elite Uniform Package. Please communicate this clearly. Families should understand that purchasing items independently will only increase their overall cost.
All required uniforms and team apparel must be purchased through the official Elite Team Store during your team's ordering window. Orders are final once submitted. Elite is not responsible for sizing errors, incorrect names or numbers, or items ordered outside of the official store.
These standards are mandatory. Any unauthorized use of the Elite name or logo must be removed immediately upon request. Unauthorized apparel or equipment may not be worn or used at Elite practices, games, tournaments, or other official events. Failure to comply with these standards may result in disciplinary action, including a $100 copyright fee per item, removal of unauthorized merchandise, and removal from the Elite organization.
Questions about apparel, team packages, or ordering windows should be directed to Elite before any purchase is made.
